"We were greeted by Dominique who was very welcoming and keen to show us her beautiful garden room Our understanding of French is quite good, our spoken French not as good but we managed to converse quite well and learned a lot about each other. Comfortable bed and pillows with lovely fresh white linen Plenty of towels and a good shower Very comfortable stay Lovely fresh breakfast Close to restaurants and cafes, easy free parking in a pretty lively large village Dominique is delightful Would love to return when we're next in the area"

"We stayed for a night during our France trip. The place was nice, super quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were extra comfortable! We travelled with a 3-year-old and Dominique didn't charge us for the breakfast supplement for them. The breakfast was lovely and more than enough for all three. She also provided recommendations where to eat dinner out on the eve of our arrival. All in all, a great stay in Livarot!"

"Dominique, our hostess was a lovely lady. She was very caring and we worked together to overcome the la gauge barrier French/English. Our dwelling was perfect for our needs. Our breakfast was prepared to suite our needs and was fantastic"

"Our accommodation was in a very pretty garden with a lovely terrace which, if the weather had been fine, would have been great to sit out in. The room itself was a good size with a large comfortable bed and a table and chairs where we sat to have the breakfast provided by Dominique. We had yoghurt, croissants, baguettes, cakes/pastries, butter and jam with fruit juice and tea/coffee supplied on a tray and brought to our room. All very nice. Dominique speaks very little English amd we speak very little French and so she used a translator on her phone to explain everything which worked very well!"

"The location (maybe due to it only being May) was a little lacking in places to eat in the evening. We were out in a different location on our first night but on the second night there was only one possible place to eat near our accommodation."

"Excellent value for the cost. Hostess was very nice and thoroughly explained everything. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. Room is very quiet. Easy access to shopping, bakery. I would definitely recommend and will also rebook on my next visit. I had no problems finding parking."

"Excellent breakfast. Full french continental breakfast including brioche, bread and croissants. Very filling and set us up for the day superbly. A fantastic welcome from the host who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for Liverot and the surrounding area. The room was superb with everything that you need fror a short break, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and will be looking to book again in the near future."

"The cutest apartment in town! The host was super nice and welcoming, she prepared a delicious breakfast with homemade yogurt and jam. We would have liked to spend a bit more time here since there were little touches that make It feel home. We really recommend this place to others."

"Very easy to book and manage details. The lady was very nice, she had the granddaughter as translator, but luckily we knew some French and got along very easy. We received clear instructions. The room is very nice, it has privacy and access to inner garden. Very comfortable. Rich sweet breakfast with fresh pastry, drinks, butter, jams etc. Merci beaucoup!"

"Host was super friendly and helpful. Lovely room with comfy bed and great facilities. Breakfast was delicious. Great location to stay as part of drive through the Pays d'Aube. Parking out front. Highly recommended. Be aware that Livarot is a small town and restaurants are not open Sunday night. Luckily the pizza joint around the corner does a tasty pizza."
