"Delightful and comfortable to stay with authentic Provence character. A great place to stay to explore (a car is necessary) many beautiful town, villages and attractions in the surrounding area, many within 30-60 minute drive such as Avignon, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, St Remy en Provence, Pont Do Gard, Chateau des Baux-de-Provence, etc. Wonderful host Pierre-Jean and his wife made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. We will come back one day for longer stay to soak in what life is on offer in Provence. Thank you Pierre for you trip advice to Carrieres des Lumieres, a life time experience !"

"Prachtig gebouw met een mooie tuin en zwembad. Ook de kamer was uitstekend. Ook de host/eigenaar een aardige man die goed bereikbaar is voor vragen."
"De ontbijtruimte vonden wij minder. Het was daar kil en geen comfortabele zitplekken. Misschien september en leeftijd😢"

"Location was excellent. We were only stopping one evening to break up a long journey and it fitted our needs. Family room was huge, and separate with a double and two single beds, which is exactly what we need. Amazing views of lakes and fields and so so quiet."

"La localisation idéale, l’espace, le silence des lieux …"
"The Chateau was lovely and our room was spacious and had everything we needed including a comfy bed and good self catering facilities. Our wonderful hosts even offered us a second fan as the weather was particularly hot that week! The pool and sun lounger area is great and the pool is open all the time. It was so peaceful to sit out at the table outside our room in the evening and there were also lots of good restaurants in the nearby towns if you prefer to go out. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This place is exceptional: the instructions for check-in and the stay on the whole are straightforward, the staff are helpful, and the location is PERFECT. We had a very cool room with everything necessary, and the shared kitchen is a nice plus. The beds were very comfy, and it's very quiet at night, which was a surprise considering how lively the area around the hotel is. We would love to stay there again!"
