"Die Lage zum Meer und der traumhafte Ausblick, Garage für das Auto, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle nach Cannes-City vor der Tür. Küche mit Gefrierer und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Man fühlt sich auf der Anlage sehr sicher!"
"Das Schlafzimmer war mir persönlich zu klein und die Bahn hinterm Schlafzimmer war sehr laut. Wir haben aber auf der großen Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, hier ist allerdings auch der Strassenlärm schon laut. Die Wohnung könnte etwas sauberer sein."

Alle bestens. Gute Betten. Lage am Plage La Bocca, wunderbar direkt über die Straße ins Meer. Super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Cannes, Corniche d'Or, Nizza, Grasse... Tiefgaragenstellplatz goldwert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!"
"Hinter dem Haus fährt der Zug. Und machte das nichts, für Lärm empfindliche tj bedenken,weil das Schlafzimmer nach hinten herausgeht. Dax Doppelstockbett liegt im Gang. Für uns war das ok, aber man muss das berücksichtigen."

"Мы любим именно это место,поэтому приезжаем сюда не в первый раз.Эта квартира,в которой мы уже в четвертый раз останавливанмся,нам нравится своим видом обзорным с балкона ,высокий этаж,лифт.Душ хороший,хороший напор воды.Кухня маленькая,но она рядом с балконом и имеет свой выход на балкон.Вроде на кухне находишься,а море рядом.Маленький холожильник и с отдельной морозильной камерой.Капсульная кофейная машина,тостер маленькая посудомоечная машина."
"Хозяин не вкладывает в квартиру.Все остается неизменным.С 2018 года,когда мы приехали впервые, ручка от кресла на балконе каждый раз падала,когда садились в кресло.Точно так же падала и в 2024 м году в сентябре. Отсутствие стиральной машины.Хорошо,если Вы на машине,можно взять больше белья,если на длительный срок отдыхать.В маленькой комнате мы не спим,она так устроена,что около головы окно,которое выходит на лестничную клетку.Ходят люди,ездят поезда,шумно,неудобно еще т о ,что комната чуть больше кровати.Мы спим в зале.Там есть диван канапе ,мы его раскладываем,он в плохом состоянии,поэтому мы берем с собой надувной матрас,свое белье полностью и спим в зале.Хоть и неудобно,зато свежий воздух и от дороги меньше шума,чем от поездов.Если бы диван был в хорошем состоянии,значительно комфортнее было бы спать. Нет кастрюль.Только 3 ковшика,2 сковородки.У меня странно работал интернет в этой квартире.Я не могла отправлять сообщения,но получала все прекрасно. Гараж маленький,мы ставили машину просто во дворе. Залог берут 500€.Тщательно проверяют все,прежле его нам вернуть:посуду в шкафах,жалюзи,холодильник,камеру морозильную,телевизор...Честно сказать,что там может стоить 500€ из имущества? Этот вариант для тех,кто ценит больше вид на море,возможность посидеть вечером на балконе,чтобы любоваться обзором,чем комфорт,удобства.Если хозяин вдруг услышит жалобы своих гостей ,учтет их и исправит,возможно он потом поднимет стоимость квартиры.Если будет так,то тоже неизвестно,как лучше..."

"This apartment is in a residential block next to the 'Auberge de la Foret' (closed when we were there). Our hostess gave us instructions over the phone - our entrance was round the back, where a small gate opened onto a small outside area with tables and chairs. The apartment was on 2 levels - the main L-shaped room had a well-equipped kitchen, dining table and bar stools, and a comfortable sofa. Upstairs was a mezzanine with bedroom and en-suite bathroom. With the heating on, it was soon very cosy on a wet autumn evening. The next day we drove to Lake Thorenc (not far). We didn't have time to do the walk in the forest but we spent an enjoyable hour walking around the lake, learning about the river and types of fishing from information boards along the way."
