Chalet Hideaway 2

"If you're looking for a hotel then this beautiful farmhouse isn't for you. The host made us feel very welcome, showed us our room and where the fridge etc was. There are so many beautiful things in the farmhouse. The room was small but we needed it to sleep in, and there was a small table and chairs to eat at. The loo was literally just outside the room, just like home.. opened the door and you were there! In the room was a shower and sink with plentiful hot water. Like other reviews have said the shower isn't great but we still managed to shower! I certainly wasn't expecting ultra modern in a quirky French farmhouse! The area is so peaceful, apart from the beautiful big grey donkey, he just wants to let you know he's there and say hello! The breakfast might be simple but is very French, if you want milk for your coffee just ask! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here, perfectly placed for the Normandy Beaches and Mont St Michel."

"Nice place. There is a shop, a port, restaurants and a bakery nearby. There's an elevator. The view from the window of the sea and the piece of the harbour. Ordinary apartments. There's everything for cooking. The tram stop is 5 minutes away. It's 10 minutes to the old town."

"The cabin is easy to find and is well equipped, in a peaceful location. Parking right outside and just a short drive to the town for supplies. The host was very welcoming and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again."

"Warm welcome, lovely hosts. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We ate at the tables under the trees watching the sunset. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms and well equipped en-suites. Great breakfast in the library. This overnight stay was a gem in our trip through France and the best of all of our overnight stays. Our hosts were unobtrusive but always there when we needed something and friendly and kind."

"Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, ganz abgesehen von dem tollen Garten, dem Pool, süßen Miezen und der ab und an zu hörenden Klaviermusik von Chris. Ein kleiner Sommertraum, egal bei welchem Wetter. Michelle und Chris waren super Gastgeber, haben uns mit kleinen Snacks (Baguetts, Croissant, Getränke) begrüßt und direkt weitergeholfen bei Problemchen. Sehr bemüht und mega freundlich! Wir waren sehr glücklich :)"
