"Location perfect for everything, train station 5 mins walk , we went to Menton, Monaco. 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants in Nice, supermarket 2 mins walk around the corner that sold amazing wines for 6 euros, bakery 2 minute walk. perfect location, even promenade du Anglais beach was a 20 minute pleasurable walk past all the yachts.
