"A fantastic experience! Luis is very friendly and attentive, and even gave us a ride to the Otavalo market. The breakfasts were great and the dinners too. Great hosts and very comfortable room with excellent shower! Highly recommended!!"

"L’emplacement près du Lago San Pablo, les chambres confortables et beaucoup de couvertures, la terrasse et les petits déjeuner. L’accueil de Luis est exceptionnel, il nous a fait visiter les alentours, est venu nous porter au restaurant au besoin et il est aussi possible de faire des visites avec lui moyennant un supplément. Il est aussi possible de faire laver les vêtements sur place. Avoir connu cet établissement avant j’aurais débuté mon voyage ici et j’y aurais passé plus de temps pour découvrir les alentours et la vallée de l’intag."

"Me gustó la vista y también el servicio al cliente el anfitrión siempre muy amable. Nos sirvió la cena en el cuarto a lado de su sala común, nos prendió la chimenea que tiene y también nos ayudó con todo los que le pedimos. Las camas cómodas y además no hace frío también tienes calefactor electrico tipo fogata muy bonito."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
