A localização é ótima, tranquila e ao mesmo tempo com fácil acesso a tudo o que precisávamos. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa, sempre disponível e preocupado com o nosso bem-estar, o que fez toda a diferença. Sentimo-nos em casa desde o primeiro momento. "Idéalement situé par rapport a la plage, 3 chambres spacieuses, le nécessaire pour tout commodité, parking à l'extérieur en face de l'appartement, restaurants et shopping (type épicerie) ouvert autour jusqu'à tard, bar sur la plage...probablement les plus beaux couché de soleil de l'ile...la logeuse était très sympa et serviable ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueilli."
"Le bémol de cette location est sa situation, certes très bien situé mais qui est en plein travaux de construction (pas dérangeant la nuit....) mais surtout laisse un quartier peu illumine la nuit et qui pourrait sembler un peu "mal famé" à cause de cela après nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème mais pour des personnes peu habituée cela peut paraître peu rassurant, nous avons eu un très bon séjour malgré cela."

"The house was really well kept, with ground floor access that opens onto a private courtyard with a nice table and chairs. There was plenty of space to hang up laundry and beach towels. Inside, the house was spacious, with two sofas, a big, comfortable bathroom, and a TV with Sky access. The kitchen was fully equipped—honestly, even better than mine at home! When we arrived, Silvano, the host, greeted us warmly—he was super kind and thoughtful. He even left a couple of beers, some water, and two fruit juices in the fridge for us. The loft-style bedroom was roomy, and everything was brand new and working perfectly (including the air conditioning). Highly recommended accommodation for anyone looking to enjoy their independence on the beautiful island of Boa Vista and experience the authentic vibe of Cape Verde, just 3 minutes from Praia do Estoril and 5 minutes from the center of Sal Rei."

"The person at the reception was amazing, unfortunately I forgot his name. I normally only give 10/10 to places that on top of being great have something truly unique, like extraordinarily beautiful building or views, something that stays with you after the stay. With this place, it was the person working the reception while I was there. He makes this place a true gem instead of just another great hotel."
