"The apartments are modern and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Sosala, who was always available and ready to assist whenever needed."
The apartments have great potential, but the frequent power supply issues made the stay somewhat uncomfortable at times. There’s a real opportunity to improve this by investing in more reliable, higher-capacity hybrid solar systems to help address the problem.

"The location is beautiful and the animals in the grounds add a lot of interest to staying at the hotel. We loved the traditional styling of the hotel and rooms. Access to the Falls is easy. The staff were very welcoming and seemed happy. Bed very comfy. Plenty of complimentary water was most welcome. Breakfast fab. We did a boat safari arranged bt the lovely travel company on site, and it was a wonderful experience. The guide on the boat knew a lot about the birds and animals. I am sorry I have forgotten his name. The picnic was fun."
