"A different place to stay. A wood cabin but with all facilities such as fridge, single ring cooker, air conditioning, huge varanda with room for a dining table and chairs plus recliner chairs and a washing rack. Wonderful views of the Duero river. Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, too soft for our preference.

"Sakopta skaista vieta tieši pie Minijas upes. Interesanti, ka barža pārveidota par komfortablu viesnīcu un atrodas uz ūdens. Bija viesi, kas makšķerēja tieši no baržas! Interesantas pastaigu vietas tuvumā: daudz dīķu un putnu. Viesiem ir iespēja izbraukāt apkārtni arī ar velosipēdiem!"
Brokastis pasniedz tikai no pulksten 9 arī darba dienās, kas, manuprāt, ir par vēlu. Ārējais apgaismojums ļoti spīdēja istabā caur lodziņu durvīs.
