"Excellent location. Free parking (I want to emphasize that it is very difficult to find accommodation with free parking in Sveti Vlas). Clean and spacious rooms. Nice outdoor area. The owner let me check in late in the evening. He was very friendly and did everything possible to make my stay perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sveti Vlas! Location: The location is perfect — It is right on the Sveti Vlas New Beach and in short walking distance from Venid Beach, which is a lovely beach. It is also very close to the bus stop, which made getting around easy even without a car. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless and very well cleaned. View: The view from the balcony was amazing — overlooking both the pool and the sea. Management: Communication was smooth and quick, and they were always available whenever we needed something, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was an ideal place for a family holiday, and we would happily return!"

Като започнем от местоположението - точно над яхтеното пристанище и минем през уютната и чиста стая, оборудвана с всичко необходимо и с невероятна гледка към морето, прекрасно озеленен комплекс, ресторант с изключително вкусна храна, много любезен домакин Людмил,безплатен паркинг и не на последно място близостта до плажа- на 2 минути път!
