Maybe some little extras could make the experience better, like having the tables already foreseen with cups and cutlery for breakfast rather than self service."

"Missed small things like a safe in the room, shampoo and hand cream, which are standard in decent 4 star hotels. The atmosphere in the hotel was too quite - probably due to layout of reception and lack of interaction of guests. Room cleaning team replaced towels after 1 night even though we did not put the towels on the floor or asked for them to be replaced - therefore not environmentally friendly. Did not leave large towels so had to call for another towel."
