"Comfortable sofas."
"Beds unmade, No welcoming milk,etc other than 2 bottles of tap water. Barista coffee machine replaced with small plastic one. Washing machine did not wash well, clothes line sagged to the ground, making clothes drying v difficult. Dog yapping for hours next door, ie 3 metres away. Distances quoted to beach and Coles must be as the crow flies as on foot or by car distances were over a kilometre. Old Bay beach rocky, not suitable for swimming. A pity this was not mentioned."
