The family-run Kolmhof hotel in a quiet location in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, opposite the St. Kathrein thermal springs, offers a sauna with a heated outdoor pool, Austrian cuisine and relaksācijas svētnīcacious rooms with balcony. Kolmhof has a health club with saunas and a gym. Relaxing massages and various beauty treatments can be scheduled. International and Austrian cuisine is served at the restaurant. Seasonal specialities are also available. In the summer, guests can enjoy a guided hike along the hills in the Nockberg region. Mountain biking is also possible, and Kolmhof has its own private lakeside beach at Millstättersee. Guests receive the Kärnten Card that allows for free admission and discounts at several local attractions, as well as for cable cars and public transport.

"The property is located 2min walking to ski slopes, rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is nice."

"Very good breakfast. Location next to ski lifts and Terme St. Katherin. However if you do not stay long public Terme are not needed. Kolmhof have own very nice SPA zone with saunas and quite big heated outdoor swimming pool. Really great."

"Cozy family-run hotel in a beautiful area of Austria. We really liked the atmosphere and classical decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Plenty of space to park. Room was spacious, views from the balcony were very nice. Room had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning. Structure of having the same table every morning / evening was nice. Swim-in / out pool was nice and one of the reasons we decided to stay here. Spa has 3 types of saunas to choose from and a steam bath. Kärnten Card with free access to nearby lifts is a nice touch, although presumably calculated into the price."
"Dinner could have been a little better for the price. Bed had 2 loose mattresses which wasn't too comfy, although the separate blankets were appreciated. Expected a little more of the spa / pool area, it's relatively small and the indoor part of the pool could have been bigger. Temperature of the outside pool could have been a bit higher for comfort. Saunas are nice but no bathing suits allowed - we found this a bit odd, but maybe we are of a 'newer' generation. All-in-all we found the price, also considering it's the offseason, a little too high for what we got."
