"The property is right on a very busy street which means you will hear vehicle noises all the time. No elevator and 4 flights of stairs, not a dealbreaker but carrying heavy luggage would be an issue for some."

All the facilities one might need, the espresso coffee machine was very apreciated. It is located next to the castle and in front of the lake of Shkodra, conveniently close to the main attractions and the city center."
