"Highly recommended! The trust and warm welcome despite not being there. I never see any housing that trust the client like this place. The respect and responsive from the owner, Teuta and her husband, are really admirable. The housing is clean and comfy. The location is close to beach about 20 minutes walk. Everything is provided for the stayed. I really like the cute pink ceramic kettle! The balcony, the kitchen, the bedroom, and bathroom are clean and neat. It feels like home. It is like you are part of the owner family visiting their relative house."

"Amazing property, 100% value for money. very central, on the main boulevard, can’t get any more central than that. Port & bus station walking distance , the apartment it self is just amazing, huge living room with balcony, nice bedroom & big bathroom. Just book it!!! "The host is the best! She does not speak English, but using G-translate works perfect. Everything is present: coffee, tea, salt, soap, sugar, cookie. Airco does what it has to do. And it is in one of the main streets in Durres, and close to the bus terminal. Short walk to the important sights."

"Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa villa situata in una zona tranquilla, ma a breve distanza dalla città. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca un po' di pace e tranquillità senza allontanarsi troppo dalle attrazioni principali. La villa è immersa nel verde, con un giardino ben curato che crea un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. La camera era spaziosa, elegante e molto confortevole, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale è stato accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. La colazione servita era abbondante e deliziosa, e la possibilità di godersi il silenzio pur essendo così vicini alla città, è stata un vero plus. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per chi desidera un soggiorno rilassante ma comunque comodo per esplorare la zona e la meravigliosa città di Tirana."

"Jedná se o příjemnou lokalitu, je zde klid, obchody a výborné restaurace v blízké docházkové vzdálenosti. Stejně tak promenáda, která je vzdálena asi 10 minut chůze. Apartmán je čistý, je z něho krásný výhled a parádní západy slunce. Vypíchnul bych také skvělou komunikaci a velmi příjemného hostitele."
"Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was close to the beach, which was a big advantage. It was on the 10th floor. The elevator got stuck a couple of times, which was a little scary. In the property description it was mentioned that parking is not included, and indeed in Shengjin it is very difficult to find parking, so keep that in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!"
